Effective leadership in Thailand 4.0 of school administrators in schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan primary educational service area 1

Abstract
This research aims to study (1) The Effective leadership in Thailand 4.0 of the school administrators in Government Teachers and Education Personnel’s perspective. (2) To compare the Effective leadership in Thailand 4.0 of the school administrators in Prachuap Khiri Khan primary educational service area 1. This study is a Survey Research that to classify the school size by collecting data from the Government Teachers and Education Personnel in Prachuap Khiri Khan primary educational service area 1 in 118 schools with 1,276 people by using the Stratified Random Sampling method which classified by schools size. Then created a simple random sample with the lottery method and got a sample of 295 people. And set the group size of the sample by using the Krejcie and Morgan Sample size calculation formula. Frequency Analysis, Percentage (%), Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (S.D.) and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results revealed that (1) The effective leadership in Thailand 4.0 of the school administrators in Prachuap Khiri Khan primary educational service area 1 overall was high rating scale and (2) The comparison of the Effective leadership in Thailand 4.0 of the school administrators in Prachuap Khiri Khan primary educational service area 1 which classified school size, the overall was not the same statistically significant at the 0.05 level. And the others as follows: Strategic Management and Information Technology were not the same statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Human Relations and Persuasion were the same statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
