           The objectives of this research were to (1) explore Success of administration Productive Saving Group Fungdang commune Sraitong Subdistric Bangsapan noi District Prachuabkirikhan Province. deviation Pearson R coefficient and Multiple Regression.Findings were as follows; (1) Success of administration Productive Saving Group Fungdang commune was high level. (2) There was positive significant correlation between affecting factors with Success of administration Productive Saving Group Fungdang commune. (3) affecting factors could forecasted Success of administration Productive Saving Group Fungdang commune at 79.3 percent, effective factors were planning, evaluation participation, decision making participation coordination participation.
