           Managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office. The objectives of this research were to (1) explore managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office. (2) explained correlation between affecting factors with managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office. (3) forecasted, managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office. This was quantitative approached 300 residents of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial. Questionnaires was data gathering tool. Analytical statistics were mean percentages Pearson R and Multiple Regression. Findings were as follows; (1) managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office were high level. (2) There were positive significant correlation between affecting factors with managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office. (3) affecting factors could forecast managerial development of work competencies of administrative civil servants in the Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Prosecutor's Office at 69.9percent effective factors were organization development education and leadership.
