Vision of School Administrators Affecting the Motivation and Performance of Teachers in Schools Coming under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Phetchaburi

This research has 4 objectives: (1) to analyze the level of the school administrators' vision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchaburi, (2) to analyze the level of motivation in teachers' work performance, (3) to analyze the relationship between the school administrators' vision and teachers' work motivation, and (4) to analyze how the school
administrators' vision affects teachers' work motivation. This is a quantitative research. The sample group consists of 285 teachers from schools of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Phetchaburi. The data were collected by questionnaires. The statistical methods
used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings show that (1) the overall level of the school administrators' vision that affects teachers' motivation is at a high level, (2) the overall level of motivation in teachers' work performance is also at a high level, (3) the vision of school administrators in terms of vision dissemination, vision creation, and adherence to vision is related to teachers' motivation, and (4) the school administrators' vision in terms of vision dissemination, vision creation, and adherence to vision has a statistically significant impact on teachers' motivation at the 0.05 level.
