The objectives of this research were (1) to analyze the level of teamwork that affects the overall administration of educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary
Educational Service Area Office. (2) to analyze the level of general administration in educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. (3) to analyze the relationship between teamwork and overall administration of educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. And (4) to analyze the impact of teamwork on the overall administration of educational
institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research was conducted by collecting data from 267 administrators and teachers in secondary
schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational
Service Area Office, using a simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a
questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research
showed that (1) the level of teamwork affecting the overall administration of educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office was found to be at the highest level. (2) the overall level of general administration in educational
institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at
the highest level. (3) the relationship between teamwork and overall administration of educational institutions under the Prachuap Khiri Khan Secondary Educational Service Area Office was found to have a statistically significant relationship at the .01 level. and (4) teamwork, which comprises four dimensions: communication, collaboration, coordination, and
creativity, was found to have a statistically significant impact on overall administration at the .05 level.
