Academic Leader roles of School Administrators Affecting Student Quality in Schools under the Jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research aims to: (1) Analyze the academic leader roles of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. (2) Analyze the student quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. and (3) Analyze the impact of academic leader roles of school administrators on student quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research is a predictive research. The sample group consisted of 285 people, including administrators and teachers from schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .975. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that: (1) the academic leader roles of school administrators, both overall and in each aspect, were at the highest level, (2) the student quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the highest level, and (3) the academic leader roles of school administrators had a statistically significant impact on student quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 at the 0.001 level. There were 2 aspects that had an impact, ranked from highest to lowest importance: instructional management and promoting Academic Atmosphere. These 2 aspects together can predict 67.00% of the student quality in schools under the jurisdiction of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
