This research has 4 objectives (1) to study the level of factors affecting happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province (2) to analyze the level of happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province (3) to analyze the relationship between factors and happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province (4) to analyze factors affecting happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province. This research is quantitative. The samples were 172 teachers. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics were frequency analysis, percentage average, standard deviation and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient. The research results were found that: (1) the opinions about affecting happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province in overall was at high level (2) the opinions about the level of happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province in overall was at high level (3) the factors and the happiness in teachers’ working under the vocational education Prachuap kiri khan province, there is relationship at .05 level of statistical significance and (4) Factors affecting the happiness at work of teachers under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province include organizational factors. Relationship factors Leadership factors and factors regarding job characteristics.
