The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of quality assurance operations within educational institutions of private schools under the Office of Education of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and (2) to compare the quality assurance operations within educational institutions of private schools under the Office of Education of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classified by gender, educational background and work experience. This research is quantitative research, the sample includes 297 private school administrators and teachers under the Office of Education in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The instrument used in the research is a questionnaire. Analyze data using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, T-statistics, and one-way variance analysis. The results of the research showed that (1) the level of quality assurance operations within educational institutions of private schools under the Office of Education of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province as a whole and in terms of study was at a high level, (2) the comparison of quality assurance operations within educational institutions of private schools under the Office of Education of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classified by gender and educational qualification, with no difference in overall at the statistical significance level of .05, and (3) the comparison of quality assurance operations within educational institutions of private schools under the Office of Education of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, classified by work experience, with overall differences at the statistical significance level of .05.
