          The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) To study the management level of cultural tourism in Hua Ban Community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province
(2) to study the relationship between the management of cultural tourism in the Hua Baan community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and the factors influencing
the management of cultural tourism and (3) to propose guidelines for the management of cultural tourism in the Hua Baan community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This research is a quantitative study using questionnaires as the data collection method. The sample group consists of 300 residents of the Hua Ban community. The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression equations. The research results revealed the following: (1) The overall management of cultural tourism in the Hua Baan community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, was found to be at a high level. (2) There was a positive relationship between the management of cultural tourism in the Hua Baan community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and the factors influencing cultural tourism management. (3) The factors affecting cultural tourism management were able to predict 72.2% of the management of cultural tourism in the Hua Baan community, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The predictive variables included planning, leadership and leadership qualities, decision-making participation, operational participation, and monitoring and evaluation.
