The Efficiency of Public Services Provided by the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province

Abstract
The research purposes were 1) to study the efficiency of public services provided by the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province. 2) to compare the efficiency of public services provided by the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province, classified by the personal factors. The population was the people aged 18 years and over living in the area of the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province, the sample group was 389 people determined using Taro Yamane's formula. The research instrument was the rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples), one-way Analysis of Variance, and method of Scheffe.
The research findings were: (1) the efficiency of public services provided by the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province., found the overall was at high level; when descending mean were includes In terms of speed, followed by work quality, cost-effectiveness of resources, and work volume, and (2) the people with different gender, education levels, and occupations had opinions the efficiency of public services provided by the Saensuk Municipality, Mueang District, Chonburi Province were not significantly different.
