Suchada's role in Buddhism: Analytical Study

Abstract
This article aims to study of Suchada's role in Buddhism. The study found that: Suchada played a significant role in Buddhism, offering Madhupayasa (rice mixed with milk) to Prince Siddhattha when he was nearing his final stages of asceticism and attaining enlightenment as the Buddha. This offering of rice was considered an important event, as it enabled Prince Siddhattha to regain his strength and follow the Middle Path until he attained perfect enlightenment. Queen Suchada also demonstrated the role of women in supporting Buddhism and was an example of pure faith and making merit and the role of Suchada in Buddhism is very important. She was a major supporter of Lord Buddha and the beginning of Buddhism. The story of Suchada is an inspiration and a good example for all Buddhists.
