Work Motivation Factors of Teachers Digital Age in School Under the Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study work motivation factors of teachers digital age and 2) to compare the work motivation factors of teachers digital age in school under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 2 by sex, work experience, and education level. The samples were 278 persons from the teachers in schools under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 2 of the academic year 2023. The instruments using for this research were 5 rating scales questionnaires with the reliability of 0.89. The statistics used for data analysis were: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test (one-way ANOVA).
The results of the study were as follows:
- For overall work motivation factors of teachers digital age in school under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 2 were in high level. Considering each individual aspect revealed that the highest mean was the digital transformation. The lowest mean was the success of the work.
- The comparative results of the opinions towards the work motivation factors of teachers in digital age found that the teachers with different work experience had their different opinions towards the work motivation factors of teachers digital age in school under the office of Nongbualamphu primary educational service area 2 with the statistical significance level of 0.05. The opinions classified by sex and education level had no statistically significant difference in overall.
