Influencing Factors for Green Business Management of Sampran Community Business, Nakhon Pathom

Abstract
This research aims to (1) analyze the relationships between community identity, social responsibility, state policies, collaboration, and knowledge management with eco-friendly business management, (2) examine the mediating effects of collaboration and knowledge management on how community identity, social responsibility, and state policies influence sustainable eco-friendly business operations within the community, and (3) develop a model for sustainable eco-friendly business operations in the Sam Phran community, Nakhon Pathom Province. This mixed-method research incorporates quantitative data collection. The sample group consists of 300 entrepreneurs from the Sam Phran community, selected through a multi-stage sampling process. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). For qualitative research, open-ended questions were utilized.
The research findings show that (1) community identity, social responsibility, state policies, collaboration, and knowledge management all influence eco-friendly business management, (2) collaboration and knowledge management serve as mediating variables that affect the relationship between community identity, social responsibility, state policies, and sustainable eco-friendly business operations within the community, and (3) sustainable eco-friendly business operations in the community begin with improving community identity, both socially and culturally, while fostering social responsibility in terms of corporate governance, environmental management, concrete business operations, and social sharing. The government plays a supportive role by establishing policies, laws, strategies, and economic and social development plans, which directly affect collaboration and knowledge management and indirectly impact eco-friendly business management in the sustainable Sam Phran community, Nakhon Pathom Province.
