Competition Strategies That Affect The Growth Of Electric Bicycle Operators In Nakhon Pathom Province

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study on Marketing Strategies for Electric Bicycle Business Operators in Nakhon Pathom Province; and 2) to study on Competitive Strategies for Electric Bicycle Business Operators in Nakhon Pathom Province. The research methodology was quantitative research. The population were people who live in Nakhon Pathom Province 793,538 users, employees, management, electric bicycle business of 400 people in Nakhon Pathom province, based on Taro Yamane's simple sampling method. Data collection tools are questionnaires. The analysis statistics include frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and structural equation model analysis
The results of the research found that
- The marketing strategies have influenced the growth of electric bicycle operators in Nakhon Pathom Province (0.10), indicating that marketing strategies have influenced the growth of electric bicycle operators in Nakhon Pathom Province directly and positively (0.0. 10) It can be attributed to seven indicators: goods, prices, distribution channels, personnel sales promotion, process and physical evidence;
- the competitive strategies influencing the growth of electric bicycle operators in Nakhon Pathom Province. 42) This conclusion shows that competitive factors directly influence the growth of electric bicycle operators in Nakhon Pathom province and have a positive value (0.0. 42) It can occur from four observable variables: customer finance, learning and growth, and internal process. The model consistency index is consistent with empirical data.
