Super Leadership of Administrators Affecting the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions Under the Eastern Institute of Vocational Education

This research aimed to study: (1) study the level of administrators’ super leadership, (2) examine the level of school effectiveness, and (3) investigate the influence of administrators’ super leadership on school effectiveness. This study employed a descriptive research design. The sample consisted of 280 participants, including 12 administrators and 268 teachers from educational institutions under the Eastern Institute of Vocational Education. The sample was obtained through random sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were applied using stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of administrators’ super leadership was at a high level; (2) the overall level of school effectiveness was also at a high level; and (3) administrators’ super leadership significantly affected school effectiveness at the 0.05 level. The influencing factors, arranged in descending order of importance, were: facilitating a culture of self-leadership, being a role model of self-leadership, motivating personnel to set goals, supporting team-based self-leadership, empowering personnel to lead themselves, developing self-leadership through constructive rewards and criticism, and developing positive thinking patterns.
The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.975, and the variables could jointly predict 95.20 percent of the variance in school effectiveness.
