The Analyzation Transformational Leadership of School Administrators in the Digital Age Related with the Four Exertion in Buddhism

Abstract

This article aims to study the transformational leadership of educational administrators in the digital age through a documentary research method. The study’s findings revealed that the rapid changes in the digital age have significantly contributed to the swift development of the learning world, facilitated by the internet and advancements in digital technology. Today, technology plays a crucial role in the education system and can be considered an indispensable part. Educational administrators must be transformational leaders with an understanding of technology, applying it in education. This allows students to access quality knowledge resources and teaching materials that align with the current era, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
This can be integrated with the Four Principles in Buddhism, which are:
1. Sangvara-padhāna: The effort to prevent evil from arising in the mind when facing situations that are not right. 2. Pahāna-padhāna: The effort to eradicate evil in the mind, arising from greed, anger, and delusion. 3. Bhāvana-padhāna: The effort to create good deeds, even without expecting a return. 4. Anurakkhana-padhāna: The effort to preserve good deeds that have already been done, ensuring they do not diminish.
It is necessary to instill goodness in the hearts of both teachers and students, making it grow more than before, and create a transformative environment in accordance with the leadership role in educational institutions.
