THE ROLE OF MONKS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH WESTERN CULTURE

Abstract

 The purpose of this article is to present a study of  The role of monks and their relationship with Western culture. The research results found that Buddhism spread to many Western countries such as Buddhism spread to many Western countries such as Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Russia, Sweden, England, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Romania, Italy, Spain, Tajikistan, Ukraine, etc. and The role of monks and the cultural relations of Westerners in various aspects. The results of the research found that there are 5 aspects of the role of monks: (1) Social aspect.  (2) Cultural aspec.   (3) economic aspect.  (4) Political aspect  and  (5) Educational aspect. There is a positive trend, such as the United Nations supporting the expansion of Buddhism into more Western territories. Collaboration of Buddhist groups around the world.  This strengthened the Buddhist organization and resulted in a Buddhist paradigm that was more in tune with Western culture and conditions.
