PUBLIC POLICY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GOVERNMENT POLICY ON COMPULSORY MOTOR INSURANCE BASED ON THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES OF SAPPURISADHAMMA IN SI RACHA DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to 1) study the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of good conduct in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province 2) To compare the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of Supapurisadhamma in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. 3) To provide recommendations on the implementation of government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of good conduct in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. This is a mixed-method research by distributing questionnaires to a sample group of 399 people. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested using t-tests and F-tests. Interviews were conducted with five key informants. Data were analyzed, categorized, and summarized in descriptive.

  The results of the research found that 1) People have opinions on the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of good conduct in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, including all 7 aspects. It is at a high level when considering each aspect by arranging the average from highest to lowest. It was found that the aspect with the highest average is the aspect of self-gratitude and self-awareness, respectively. 2. The results of the comparison found that people with different levels of education, occupations, and incomes had opinions on the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of Supapurisadhamma in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, overall, there was no difference. 3. Recommendations on the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of Supapurisadhamma in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. In each aspect as follows: Testing the research hypothesis, people of different genders, opinions on the implementation of the government policy on compulsory car insurance according to the 7 principles of Supurisadhamma in Sri Racha District, Chonburi Province, overall, there is no difference in all 7 aspects. It is important to know that if you are injured, you don't have to worry about basic medical expenses, or that you can still receive compensation in the event of death.
