บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโรคโควิดของโรงพยาบาลสนามชุมชนวัดไตรภูมิ ตำบลโนนบุรี อำเภอสหัสขันธ์ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมในการเสริมศักยภาพสำหรับบำบัดกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดโรคโควิด 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการรับมือกับการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิดให้กับกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโรคโควิด การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม การสัมภาษณ์ และนำข้อมูลมาเรียบเรียงผลการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- สภาพปัญหาของกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโคโควิด พบว่า มีปัญหาคุณภาพชีวิตทางสังคม ปัญหาทางด้านสาธารณสุข ปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิต
- หลักพุทธธรรมในการเสริมศักยภาพสำหรับบำบัดกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโรคโควิด มีมาตรการในการดูแลสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตใจให้กับผู้เข้ามารับการรักษาด้วยการเดินจงกรม การสวดมนต์ไหว้พระ นั่งสมาธิ เจริญภาวนา ฟังธรรม มีการแนะนำการดูแลตนเองเพื่อใช้ชีวิตด้วยความไม่ประมาท ทำหน้าที่ของตนเองให้เต็มที่ตามสติปัญญา และดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีสติ
- แนวทางการส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการรับมือกับการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโรคโควิด ให้กับกลุ่มเสี่ยงติดเชื้อโรคโควิด พบว่า มีมาตรการเชิงรุกในการเฝ้าระวังและการป้องกัน กลุ่มเสี่ยงได้รับการรักษาทันท่วงที และให้การให้บริการที่เท่าเทียมกัน
