PROACTIVE OPERATIONS AS A COORDINATOR OF VILLAGE HEALTH VOLUNTEERS DAN KWIAN, CHOKCHAI, NAKHON RATCHASIMA

This research aimed to 1. Study the development of proactive work as a coordinator role of village health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 2. Study the level of participation in proactive work activities as a coordinator role of village health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 3. Analyze the results of proactive work as a coordinator role of village health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research methodology was a mixed-methods qualitative research, in-depth interviews with 25 people, descriptive data analysis, and quantitative research. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The sample group consisted of 121 people. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results found that:
- Study on the development of proactive work as a coordinator of village health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Village health volunteers (VHVs) work to support public health policies and network organizations with volunteer spirit as important leaders of the community.
- Study the level of participation in proactive work activities in the coordinating role of village public health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The overall level is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value is participation in proactive work in the coordinating role, followed by participation in coordination with network organizations. The aspect with the lowest average value is participation in policy decision-making in the coordinating role.
- Results of the proactive work of the role of the village health volunteers in Dan Kwian Subdistrict, Mueang Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Village health volunteers (VHVs) can work proactively to coordinate public health in the community.
