Main Article Content
Abstract
This academic article, titled "Learning Management in the Digital Era at Phra Pariyatti Dhamma School General Education Section," aims to 1) analyze the current situations and components of learning management in the digital era for Phra Pariyatti Dhamma schools, and 2) propose guidelines for developing learning management consistent with the context of Buddhist novices in the 21st century. The study's findings indicate that learning management in the digital era involves the integration of information technology with a learner-centered approach to cultivate core competencies as prescribed in the National Scheme of Education B.E. 2560-2579 (2017-2036). The key development guidelines encompass four primary dimensions 1) integrated curriculum development, 2) learning management via digital platforms, 3) authentic assessment and evaluation, and 4) remote "Kalayanamitra"(friendly) educational supervision. These approaches will empower learners in Phra Pariyatti Dhamma schools to effectively adapt to the modern world while steadfastly maintaining their religious and spiritual identities.
