Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is a concept that considers the impact on society and the environment. Many countries have adopted this concept as a condition of international trade. It promotes business organizations to be aware and have social consciousness together. This concept is applied in business processes from upstream to downstream. Both industrial and service sector businesses that it is in the form of CSR activities, green business, social enterprise, and adopting the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. Until the concept has been developed and advanced as a result, some practices have been set to international standards according to ISO 26000, which is a standard for social responsibility and is a voluntary standard. There are no requirements for the management system. It is considered a tool for organizational development. It is one concrete thing that supports sustainable organizational development. This book discusses organizational case studies about being an organization with social responsibility in both the public and private sectors, both in Thailand and abroad. They are successful in organizational development with social responsibility and discuss the role of social entrepreneurs including strategies for becoming a socially friendly organization. In other words, this book has complete content suitable for executives or organization leaders. This has been applied to develop organizations to be sustainable based on suitability Has economic value in society and the environment which is the development of the organization's "Organization doing good for society."
