The success of village and urban fund management : A Case study of bangduea Subdistrict, Pathumthani Province

Abstract

The objective of this study were to 1) study the factors affecting the success of village and urban fund management of bangduea Subdistrict, Pathumthani Province and 2) suggest guidelines for the management of village and urban funds to be more successful. Research study was conducted using a quantitative research methods. The data was also gathered through questionnaires answered by 140 samples of the people who lives in bangduea Subdistrict Pathumthani Province. The data for the analysis was Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics for discussion of results according to the specified research objectives.The results revealed that the people’s participation in village and urban fund management was effect on the success of the village and urban fund management both in general and aspect was analyzing by multiple regression analysis between the participation in the management of the village and urban fund consisting of decision making, receiving benefits, activities, and evaluation affecting the success of village and urban fund management was a multiplicative relationship at Statistically significant 0.000. there were multiple correlation coefficient ( R ) at 0.762 and a predictive (R Square) at 58%, standard error of estimate at 0.574. and considering each aspect was found that all aspects had an effect to the success of Bangduea subdistrict village and urban fund management. The Executives and relevant agencies should promote systematic operation in every step of the way, participating in every step, which is important for the success of village and urban fund management continue to grow stronger and grow for the utmost benefit of the people.
