Factors Affecting to Success in Telework of employee : A Case Study of Don Mueang International Airport Employees

Abstract

The objective of this study were to study the factors influencing the success in telework of Don Mueang International Airport Employees and to be used as information for the development of Telework in the future. Research study was conducted using a quantitative research methods. The data was also gathered through questionnaires answered by 300 samples of the employees of Don Mueang International Airport was carried out in order to obtain the data for the analysis and the discussion of results according to the specified research objectives.

The results revealed that the attitude factors The attitude factor was positively correlated with work success of employees at Don Mueang Airport at medium level and the perception factor in working in long distance system. There was a positive relationship with success in work of employees at Don Mueang Airport. at a relatively high level at the statistical significance level of 0.05.The Executives should motivate employees in various situations appropriately and should be encouraged to have a positive attitude in their work and maintain a close relationship with employees at all levels even though there will be situations that make it impossible to meet. And should use technology systems to support continuous collaboration and encourage employees at all levels to have the opportunity to express their opinions on the operations of the organization in order to be able to improve and develop in accordance with the needs appropriately efficient.
