This research aimed to study the factors affecting the morale of professional nurses at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital and to compare the factors influencing the work morale of professional nurses at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital with different personal characteristics. The sample group consisted of professional nurses working at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital. The samples were selected using the convenience sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a five-point rating scale. The content validity of the questionnaire was examined using the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) based on the opinions of experts, with IOC values ranging from 0.67 to 1.00, which were higher than the acceptable criterion of 0.50. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed using the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient, yielding a reliability value of 0.91. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The research results revealed that the overall level of factors affecting the work morale of professional nurses at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital was at a high level (M = 4.01, SD = 0.215). When comparing the opinions of respondents with different personal characteristics, including gender, age, marital status, and monthly income, it was found that professional nurses with different personal characteristics had no significant differences in their opinions regarding the factors affecting their work morale. The recommendations from this study suggest that the administrators of Synphaet Ramintra Hospital should promote staff participation in planning, setting objectives and goals, decision-making, and expressing opinions related to organizational work, as these practices can enhance staff morale. Additionally, the hospital should promote job security for nurses and encourage positive interpersonal relationships among personnel, including sincerity, cooperation, and mutual assistance in various organizational activities.
