Competency in individuals within an organization refers to the fundamental qualities inherent in each person, including knowledge, skills, abilities, and motivations to successfully accomplish the goals of their position or specific job characteristics. These competencies are used as part of performance evaluations, to analyze work potential, and to assess the broad spectrum of an individual's performance and growth within the organization. In our own community, there is also a discussion about "Local Wisdom," which refers to the knowledge, abilities, skills, beliefs, and potential for problem-solving that have been passed down from past to present continuously and interconnected in every dimension. This includes dimensions beyond nature, natural and environmental dimensions, as well as dimensions of people, communities, and societies, in the context of collaboration between local organizations and communities. How do we have a mechanism to enhance the competency of individuals in local organizations into the local wisdom of those communities?
