The research finding

1. Using violence in the family What is currently happening is becoming more serious. Due to many reasons Such as pressure, pressure, stress that comes from internal factors such as working hard, being tired, being mentally defenseless, hopeless, and external factors such as the economy, society, expectations, social media, etc. There is physical violence such as assault. detain Use verbal violence such as cursing, threatening and intimidating family members. and mentally, such as unfaithful behavior Making family members feel discouraged, etc., which is an offense under many laws. These causes affect the effectiveness of law enforcement.

Many Thai laws There is a law that says Violence committed against family members is an offense such as criminal law, civil and commercial law. child protection law, Laws protecting victims of domestic violence. Meanwhile, foreign law has the same characteristics. Set the criteria that Violence committed against family members is both a civil and criminal offense. But foreign law has more proactive measures than Thai law.
