Factors Affecting Digital Competence of Students in Field Educational Administration at Bangkok Thonburi University

This research aimed to 1) study factors affecting Digital Competence of students in field of educational administration at Bangkokthonburi University, 2) study digital competence of students in field of educational administration at Bangkokthonburi University, and 3) study predictive factors digital competence of students in field of educational administration at Bangkokthonburi University. This research was a survey research. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study found that
- factors affecting digital competence of students in field of educational administration at Bangkokthonburi University, were at a high level overall.
- digital competence of students in field of educational administration at Bangkokthonburi University, was at a high level overall.
- factors of achievement motivation, decentralization, and emotional intelligence factors affected the digital competence of the students in field of Educational Administration, Bangkokthonburi University, significance at the .05 level.
This knowledge reflects that learning goal orientation, self-management, and emotional regulation are important factors in promoting digital skills, curriculum development, and digital empowerment activities for students.
