Hygiene Management That Affects Health Promotion Behavior of Monks and Novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai Phra Pariyatitham School, Muang District, Sukhothai Province

This Article aimed to study 1) level of knowledge management on hygiene and the level of health promotion behavior of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai School, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province 2) influence of health knowledge management on health promotion behavior of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai School, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province. this is survey research, the research instrument is questionnaire, the population used in study monks and novices in Ratchathaniwittaya School, Phra Pariyatti Dhamma College, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province, used a simple random sampling method, with a total of 144 monks. the statistics used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing, the research results found that 1) level of knowledge management on hygiene of monks and novices in the Rajadhani Wittayalai School of Buddhist Studies is overall at a high level.
2) health promotion behavior level of monks and novices in the Rajadhani Wittayalai School is overall at a high level and 3) health promotion behavior level of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai Phra Pariyatti Dhamma School was at a high level overall. 3) The influence of knowledge management on health and hygiene on health promotion behavior of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai Phra Pariyatti Dhamma School was found to be at a very high level of relationship (rxy = .979). The results of the multiple regression analysis on health promotion behavior of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai Phra Pariyatti Dhamma School, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province were 95.90 percent (R2 = .959). The results of the hypothesis testing on health management found that it had a positive effect on health promotion behavior of monks and novices in Ratchathani Wittayalai Phra Pariyatti Dhamma School, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province, with statistical significance .01
