Political Policy of Local Administrative Organization towards Community Welfare Promotion of The People If Song District, Phrae Province

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) to study the political policy level of local administrative organization towards promotion of community welfare of the people of Song District, Phrae Province (2) to study the relationship between the principle of Aparahaniyadham 7 and the political policy of local administrative organization on the promotion of community welfare of residents of Song District, Phrae Province, (3) to study obstacle problems, and the Suggestions on the political policies of local governments on the promotion of community welfare of residents of Song District, Phrae Province. This research is a combination of methods including quantitative research using exploratory research methods from questionnaire distribution and qualitative research by in-depth interview method.

The research results were found as follows;

1) The level of local administrative organization toward the promotion of community welfare of residents of Song District, Phrae Province, with the overall being very high (  = 3.63, S.D. = 0.75). 

2) Aparahaniyadham 7 is related to the political policy of local administrative organization on the promotion of community welfare of residents of Song District, Phrae Province, as a whole. There is a moderate positive correlation (R = .528**).

3) The obstacle problem was found that Community welfare funds also lack government budget support, clarification of implementation is unclear, lack of proficiency in technology utilization, and relationships among community welfare groups are low. Suggestion, it was found that Government agencies should support the implementation budget for community welfare, have a performance explanation meeting every month, hold training for members on technology-based pine, and exchange learning with each other between various community welfare groups to create harmony within the community.
