A Political Leadership According to Buddhadhamma Principle of Local Governors in Pa Maet Sub-District, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this article were as follows: to study the level of political leadership according to Buddhamma principles of local governors, to study the relationship between the Iddhibāda IV principles and political leadership according to the Buddhamma principles of local governors and to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions on political leadership according to Buddhamma principles of local governors. The research method was mixed methods research. It was found that the overall level of political leadership in accordance with the Iddhibāda IV principle was at a high level. Political leadership of local governors in Pamat Sub-district, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, in which the overall was at a high level. Relationship between the Iddhibāda IV principles and political leadership of local governors in Pamat Sub-District, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province overall, there was a very high positive correlation. From the hypothesis testing, it was found that the Iddhibāda IV principles and political leadership of local governors in Pamat Sub-District, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province had a statistically significant positive relationship at level 0. 01 therefore accepted the hypothesis. As for the problems and obstacles concerning political leadership according to the Buddhamma principles of the local governors in Pamat Sub-District, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province found that the local parents had not been developed according to their job duties. Still can't give advice on how to solve problems when people in the community have problems. The division of labor is unclear. The work is sometimes a work around and there is no planning to work in an orderly fashion. The state budget management is not as comprehensive as it should be for the community. community governance does not yet have a written measure. There are no rules for maintaining order within the community.
