The Participation of The Students to The Transmission of Knowledge of Livelihood to The Youth and Elderly in Ban Wangpung, Phrae Province

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the process of the transmission of knowledge of livelihood of the youth and elderlies at Ban Wang Pung, Phrae Province, and to study the satisfaction of participating in the transmission of knowledge of livelihood of the youth and elderlies at Ban Wang Pung, Phrae Province. In this regard, the researcher has defined the case study area, which is Ban Wang Pueng, the sample group is 25 youth and 25 elderlies people. A 5 level Rating scale questionnaire, Statistics used for data analysis, percentage and mean.

          The results revealed as follows; The process of transferring the body of knowledge to youth and elderlies at Ban Wang Pueng, Phrae province consisted of 1. Studying the interest in participating in the activities of the knowledge transfer of the villagers in Ban Wang Pueng community. 2. Prepare a place for the transfer of knowledge 3. Prepare equipment for activities 4. In terms of passing on knowledge making coins. The results of the assessment of students' participation in the knowledge transfer of youth and elderlies at Ban Wang Pung, Phrae Province in all participation for 72.83 percent, or an average of 4.73, followed by the highest satisfaction. is the benefit of participation accounted for 80.00 percent or an average of 4.80, the process for 71.00 percent or an average of 4.71 and Implementation and Action accounted for 67.50 percent or an average of 4.67.
