การทบทวนวรรณกรรมเรื่องความถูกต้องของอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับความเครียดผ่านกิจกรรมทางไฟฟ้าของผิวหนัง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อประเมินความถูกต้องของอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับความเครียดผ่านสัญญาณกิจกรรมทางไฟฟ้าของผิวหนัง (Electrodermal Activity: EDA) โดยมุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดด้านความแม่นยำ และ 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงพหุองค์ประกอบที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการจำแนกสภาวะความเครียด การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบพรรณนา (Narrative review) โดยดำเนินการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลวิชาการ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยกระบวนการสกัดและสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) อุปกรณ์ EDA แสดงศักยภาพในการตรวจจับและจำแนกสภาวะความเครียดในระดับดีถึงดีมาก โดยมีค่าความถูกต้อง (accuracy) อยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 82.4–98.8 และมีค่าสูงสุดที่ร้อยละ 94.8 ในเพศชาย และร้อยละ 98.8 ในเพศหญิง โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของการกระตุ้นความเครียดผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปัญญา เช่น การปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์กับคอมพิวเตอร์ (Human–Computer Interaction: HCI) ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความไวของสัญญาณต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระบบประสาทอัตโนมัติ 2) ความแม่นยำของการวัดมีลักษณะเป็นพลวัตและขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยหลายมิติ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางชีวภาพ (เช่น เพศและอายุ) ปัจจัยทางสรีรวิทยา (อุณหภูมิและความชื้นของผิวหนัง) ปัจจัยเชิงเทคนิค (ตำแหน่งการวัดและวิธีการประมวลผลสัญญาณ) ตลอดจนลักษณะของสิ่งเร้าความเครียด ทั้งนี้ EDA มีข้อจำกัดเชิงโครงสร้างจากการตอบสนองต่อสิ่งเร้าที่ไม่จำเพาะเจาะจง (non-specific stimuli) เช่น การออกกำลังกายหรือภาวะตื่นตัวทางอารมณ์ ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความคลาดเคลื่อนในการตีความผลลัพธ์
