TEAMWORK AMONG TEACHERS IN THE BANG SAO THONG SCHOOL GROUP, UNDER THE OFFICE OF SAMUT PRAKAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of teachers' teamwork in the Bang Sao Thong school group under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) compare the teamwork of teachers in the Bang Sao Thong school group under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by gender, education level, school size, and work experience. The research utilized a survey research design. The sample consisted of 162 teachers in the Bang Sao Thong school group under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, selected through stratified random sampling using proportional allocation by school, followed by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with an overall reliability of .84. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA.
The research findings revealed that: 1. The overall teamwork of teachers in the Bang Sao Thong school group under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was participation, followed by shared goals, and the lowest was communication. 2. The comparison of teachers' teamwork in the Bang Sao Thong school group showed that, overall, there were no statistically significant differences when classified by education level and school size. However, when classified by gender and work experience, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level.5
