Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) examine the level of ethical leadership among school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; (2) investigate the level of happiness organization in schools; (3) examine the relationship between ethical leadership of school administrators and happiness organization in schools; and (4) identify the aspects of ethical leadership that influence happiness organization in schools. The sample consisted of 336 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire divided into two parts: Part 1 measured the ethical leadership of school administrators with a reliability coefficient of 0.923, and Part 2 measured happiness organization in schools with a reliability coefficient of 0.834. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis were employed to test the research hypotheses.

The findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of ethical leadership among school administrators under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level; (2) the overall level of happiness organization in schools was also at a high level; (3) ethical leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with happiness organization at a very high level (r = 0.981), with statistical significance at the .01 level; and (4) the five dimensions of ethical leadership—responsibility (X₃), respect (X₂), trustworthiness (X₁), citizenship (X₅), and fairness (X₄)—jointly predicted happiness organization in schools, accounting for 96.20% of the variance, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
