Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1. To study the factors affecting the production management of Thai-Yuan Yok Mook and 2. To compare the factors affecting the production management of Thai-Yuan Yok Mook of the weaving group in Ton-Tan Sub-district, Sao Hai District, Saraburi Province by conducting quantitative research from a sample of 52 people by purposive sampling with a questionnaire tool and data analysis by descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA.
It was found that 1. Factors affecting the production management of pearl textiles include planning factors (4.17±0.043). Procurement Factors (4.16±0.033) Factors of Production (4.10±0.043) Transport Factors (4.17±0.033) and Return Factors (4.18±0.042) 2. The five factors affecting the production management of Thai-Yuan Yok Mook were not significant at the level of 0.05
