STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT ON IDHIPADAS IV IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH THE EXPANSION OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN SRIRATTANA GROUP UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICER AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

Research article aimed to: 1) study student affairs management, 2) study the methods of student affairs management based on the Iddhipada IV principles, and 3) propose guidelines for student affairs management based on the Iddhipada IV principles in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools, Srirattana Group under the Jurisdiction of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. This research employed a mixed-methods research design. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires, interview forms, and evaluation forms. The sample group included 118 administrators and teachers, and 5 experts. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive analysis.

The research findings revealed that:

1) the overall and individual aspects of student affairs management in Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools, Srirattana Group, were at a high level. The five aspects consisted of student discipline and behavior, student support and assistance systems, student activities, guidance and counseling promotion, and promotion of democratic activities in schools;

2) the methods of student affairs management based on the Iddhipada IV principles emphasized satisfaction, perseverance, attentiveness, and continuous improvement in all operational aspects; and

3) the guidelines for student affairs management based on the Iddhipada IV principles were evaluated at high to highest levels in terms of appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness, and could be effectively applied to improve the quality of student affairs management in schools.
