DEVELOPMENT OF ETHICS TO STRENGTHEN TRANSPARENCY INDICATORS IN LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS OF PRACHANTAKHAM DISTRICT, PRACHINBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article The objectives are: 1. To study the state of ethical problems to strengthen transparency indicators in local government organizations. 2. To compare the development of ethics to strengthen transparency indicators in local government organizations. 3. To suggest guidelines for applying the principles. Use ethics in developing transparency indicators for local government organizations. It is integrative research. Questionnaire and interview tools The sample group used in quantitative research is the general public. Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province Using Taro Yamane's formula, there were 396 people. Qualitative research by in-depth interviews with 5 people. Statistics used in the analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and test hypotheses T-test and F-test, ANOVA statistics.

            The research results found that 1.The sample group who responded to the questionnaire had opinions on the development of ethics to measure transparency in local government organizations. Prachantakham District Prachinburi Province Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each side in order of average from the most to the least as follows: Work culture.
