THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE FOUR BRAHMAVIHĀRAS FOR EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE GENERAL EDUCATION DIVISION OF BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE SCHOOLS, UBON RATCHATHANI PROVINCE, REGION 9

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the state of academic administration of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, 2) study the methods of academic administration according to the Four Brahmavihāras for educational development in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, and 3) evaluate the academic administration according to the Four Brahmavihāras for educational development in Phrapariyattidhamma schools. This research employed a multi-phase mixed methods research design.
The research procedures were divided into three phases. In Phase 1, the sample group consisted of 136 monks/persons selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. In Phase 2, the key informants consisted of 10 monks/persons selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was an interview form. In Phase 3, the experts consisted of 5 monks/persons selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was an evaluation form on academic administration according to the Four Brahmavihāras for educational development in Phrapariyattidhamma schools. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that: 1. The state of academic administration of administrators in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, as a whole, was at a moderate level. 2. The methods of academic administration according to the Four Brahmavihāras for educational development in Phrapariyattidhamma schools should be implemented as follows: 2.1 Loving-kindness (Mettā): Develop resource support systems and create an organizational atmosphere conducive to continuous collaborative learning. 2.2 Compassion (Karuṇā): Promote in-depth and practical teacher development in order to achieve actual outcomes in classrooms. 2.3 Sympathetic joy (Muditā): Establish a concrete motivation and recognition system to enhance morale and encouragement. 2.4 Equanimity (Upekkhā): Develop a systematic monitoring and evaluation system, using empirical data to continuously improve and elevate the quality of learning management. 3. The evaluation of academic administration according to the Four Brahmavihāras for educational development in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, as a whole, was at the highest level.
