THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SARABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the administration of the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) compare the level of opinions of stakeholders regarding the administration of the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by age, educational level, and status. 3) To study the management guidelines of the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group used in this research consisted of 378 school administrators and teachers. The research instruments used were a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with a content validity index between 0.80 and 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.88, and structured interviews. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

The research findings revealed that:

1. The overall management of the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level.


2. A comparison of opinions regarding the management of the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, categorized by age, educational level, and status, showed no significant differences overall or in specific aspects.


3. The guidelines for managing the school lunch program in schools under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 include aspects of administration, nutrition, sanitation, and finance and budget.
