STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN SCHOOLS AND PERCEPTION DIFFERENCES AMONG EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) examine the level of organizational climate in schools, (2) compare perception differences among educational personnel, and (3) develop strategic approaches for managing organizational climate. The study employed a quantitative research design using a survey method. The sample consisted of 96 school administrators and teachers, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.89. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.
The findings revealed that (1) the overall organizational climate in schools was at a high level, particularly in terms of leadership and supportive relationships, while teamwork and work-related obstacles were at a moderate level; (2) educational personnel with different positions, educational levels, and work experience exhibited statistically significant differences in their perceptions of organizational climate; and (3) three strategic approaches were identified, including enhancing organizational collaboration, reducing structural barriers, and developing strategic leadership.In conclusion, organizational climate in schools is a result of strategic management that integrates leadership, organizational structure, and perception differences among personnel, which are essential for improving administrative effectiveness and educational quality in a sustainable manner.
