PREPARING THE READINESS GUIDELINES FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICES IN NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

Abstract
The objective of this research was: 1) to find preparing the readiness guidelines for digital transformation of school administrators under the primary educational service area offices in Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The key informants, selected through purposive sampling, consisted of nine experts divided into three distinct groups: educational administrators, school administrators, and academic experts in digital technology for education (three individuals per group). Data collection was conducted using in-depth interview forms, while content analysis was employed to analyze the qualitative data.
The findings revealed 27 guidelines for digital transformation readiness, categorized into five key dimensions: 1) Digital skill development for personnel (6 guidelines); 2) Promotion of digital organizational culture (5 guidelines); 3) Digital transformation leadership (6 guidelines); 4) Management through digital technology (5 guidelines); and 5) Agile working (5 guidelines).
