BUDDHIST LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS IN THE AGE OF TRANSFORMATION

Abstract

This academic article aims to study the Buddhist leadership characteristics of school administrators in the changing 21st century and found that: School administrators with Buddhist leadership qualities must also uphold the principles of justice, transparency, and integrity. Human resource management, budgeting, and resource allocation should be fair, transparent, and prioritize the public interest over personal gain. These principles play a crucial role in building trust and confidence within an organization and consist of three aspects: 1. The administrators should oversee that the personnel in the educational institution perform their duties properly. 2. Planning and managing effectively will achieve the set goals. And 3. Taking care of personnel, supporting their work, and assisting them to the best of our ability.
