THE OPERATING CONDITIONS ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS OF THE OBEC'S MORAL SCHOOLS, GROUP 9, TRAIMIT. UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA, PHITSANULOK, AREA 1

Abstract

This survey research aimed to study the operating conditions according to the standards of the OBEC's Moral Schools (Traimit Group 9) under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Phitsanulok Area 1. The population comprised 19 schools in the group, and a purposive sample of 38 participants, consisting of one school administrator and one project-responsible teacher from each school, was used. The research instrument was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire, demonstrating content validity (IOC=1.00) and very high reliability (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.967). Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, namely the mean and standard deviation

          The findings revealed that the overall operating conditions according to the OBEC's Moral School Standards for Traimit Group 9 were at the highest level A breakdown by aspect showed all four areas were at the highest level, with the highest mean attributed to the Student aspect  reflecting success in internalizing moral virtues into habits. The lowest mean was found in the Teacher aspect Crucially, the issues requiring urgent improvement, as highlighted by the lowest sub-scores, included the administrators’ creation of moral administration innovation due to a lack of technological skills and the school's provision of learning resources conducive to moral cultivation due to insufficient budget allocation. Therefore, schools should focus on enhancing administrators' innovation skills and allocating more resources for environmental improvements.
