INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING LEARNING MANAGEMENT INNOVATION OF TEACHERS IN SCHOOLS UNDER LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE LOEI 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study the innovative leadership levels of school administrators, the level of teacher's learning innovation development, the relationship between these variables, and to establish a predictive equation for innovative leadership of school administrators that affects teacher's learning innovation development in schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 113 school administrators and 197 teachers, totaling 310 participants, obtained through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding six aspects of innovative leadership of school administrators and four aspects of teacher's learning innovation development. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

          The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level; 2) The overall teacher's learning innovation development was at a high level; 3) The innovative leadership of school administrators had a high positive correlation with teacher's learning innovation development at the .01 level of statistical significance; and 4) Four aspects of innovative leadership of school administrators creativity promotion, innovative organizational atmosphere and culture creation, teamwork and participation, and digital skills development—could predict teacher's learning innovation development at 68.2 percent with statistical significance at the .01 level.
