INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF PHRA NARAI SCHOOL

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the status and needs of the internal quality assurance operation of Phra Narai School, 2) create a model for internal quality assurance management in the school, 3) study the results of using the model for internal quality assurance management in the school, and 4) improve the model for internal quality assurance management in the school. The study was conducted with a sample of 338 people, consisting of 15 teachers, 1 school committee member, and 322 parents. The sample size was determined according to the Crazy and Morgan grid, which was obtained by simple random sampling by drawing lots. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with an IOC value between 0.80-1.00 and a reliability of 0.84. The model for internal quality assurance management of Phra Narai School was developed using a semi-structured interview with 9 experts by purposive selection. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and descriptive content analysis.
The research results found that
- The operating conditions and the operational needs of internal quality assurance of Phra Narai School were overall at a moderate level ( = 3.31) and in terms of development needs, were overall at the highest level ( = 4.55).
- The internal quality assurance management model of Phra Narai School (Complete Edition) consists of 1) Quality cycle management principles 2) Participatory management principles 3) Principles of creating a professional learning community
- The results of using the internal quality assurance management model of Phra Narai School found that overall, the evaluation results were at an excellent level. The evaluation results were at an excellent level in all standards, which led to satisfactory results for students, teachers, schools, and communities.
- The development of the internal quality assurance management model of Phra Narai School consists of 6 main policies.
