Abstract
Public policy is an activity and conceptual framework. is a need or purpose proposal to implement arising from the decision of the government which has legal power The state will operate in the form of projects or activities. and the state is responsible for both policy administration and morally The state uses public policy for the purpose of solving problems for the people. and meet the needs of the people. The essence of the policy is to determine the direction of the country's development towards the future. Therefore, there are important elements such as objectives, there is a plan to achieve the objectives. There is an organization to support the operation, etc. There is also an operation cycle consisting of formation, determination, decision making, implementation. and public policy assessment, respectively.
