A STUDY OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT ON THE TOPIC OF MODERN ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP USING CASE STUDY TEACHING METHODS OF GRADUATE STUDENTS EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM, NAKHON RATCHASIMA COLLEGE

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the academic achievement on the topic of Modern Academic Leadership using the case study method of graduate students in Educational Administration, Nakhon Ratchasima College before and after studying, and 2) study the satisfaction towards studying the topic of Modern Academic Leadership using the case study method of graduate students in Educational Administration, Nakhon Ratchasima College. The target group used in the research was 30 graduate students in Educational Administration, Nakhon Ratchasima College, academic year 2024, selected by purposive selection. The research instruments were the teaching plan, the academic achievement test, and the satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research results found that:

          1) The academic achievement on the topic of Modern Academic Leadership using the case study method of graduate students in Educational Administration, Nakhon Ratchasima College after studying was higher than before studying.

          2) The satisfaction towards studying the topic of Modern Academic Leadership using the case study method of graduate students in Educational Administration, Nakhon Ratchasima College was at a high level.
