MANAGEMENT OF DUAL EDUCATION SYSTEM EMPHASIZING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION FOR SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA ROI ET

Abstract

       This research article objectives were: 1) to study the needs and necessities of the dual education management with an emphasis on community participation 2) to study the components and indicators of the dual education management with an emphasis on community participation. It's a mixed research. Quantitatively, questionnaire data were collected from 136 people who had roles and involvement in the dual education management system. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution Mean Calculation and standard deviation The qualitative research was conducted by focus group discussion with 7 experts. Data were analyzed by content analysis method.

        The results of the research were as follows: 1) the management of the dual education system emphasizing community participation found that the management of the dual education system emphasizing community participation Overall managed was at a high level (µ = 4.23).
