PARTICIPATION OF THE TEACHERS' BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION AND SECONDARY SCHOOL UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE RATCHABURI SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research aimed to study the participation of the Basic Education Commission, teachers and educational personnel in the management of secondary schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Ratchaburi, in the management of secondary schools and to compare the participation of the educational institution commission in 4areas: academic administration, budget administration, personnel administration and general administration. The sample group used in the research was the Basic Education Commission, school administrators and teachers of schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Ratchaburi, academic year 2024, totaling 78 people, by purposive sampling (26 schools, informants, 1 school committee chairman, 1school administrator and 1teacher representative). The research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire and a checklist. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research found that:
- The participation of the Basic Education Commission, teachers and educational personnel in the management of secondary schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Ratchaburi, was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the general administration aspect had the highest mean, followed by academic administration and the budget administration aspect had the lowest mean.
- Comparison of the participation of the Basic Education Commission in the management Management of secondary schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Ratchaburi, classified by the size of the school. Overall, it was found that schools of different sizes had no difference in the participation of the school board in the administration of the schools under the Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, Ratchaburi.
